    I’m stuck at # 5, as I don’t see this option…

    “Now click on the email address you’d like to setup the signature”

    I don’t have More, or Settings or General Settings. When I press the Menu button I do get Email Settings, but there’s no General Settings there. I see:
    Notifications
    Email delivery
    Read options
    Clear search history
    List view options
    Compose options
    Display suggestions
    Default email account (there’s only one and it’s listed)
    Out of office
    Manage address hsitory
    Smart forwarding

    I’m using Android 2.3.6 on a Droid 4

    Do you know of any app or way of adding default colours, logos, headers or footers etc to outgoing mail. Super important for corporate image! Thanks.

    i understand the process now for adding the signature.. Thanks for the info..
    My next question is how do I import our company Logo to the Android . I have a Samsung P1000 tablet & want to add the company logo to the signature .
