Had you actually tried Method 2 on a One X before suggesting it? On mine Power + VolDown forces a reboot.

It works…yay…..but did you know that the 2 methods are actually saved differently? Method #1 is saved to camera shots and Method #2 creates its own folder called “screenshots”

And, to All, the HTX One X is my first Smartphone and I just love it! I hope it does not change in style, size of screen, etc., I know technology gets more advanced, but leave the look of it alone. Suggestion, would like to maybe be able to open it instead of being sealed? Cordelia

Perfect thank you! It’s funny because I did it once on accident and was shocked but could never figure out how to do it again.

I did it on accident too, and spent DAYS trying intensely to figure out how I had done it, then weeks passively trying to figure it out, fruitlessly, until now. Thank you! :)

These methods may work on the HTC One X, but it doesn’t work on HTC One X Plus. Anybody know how to do a screen shot on HTC One X Plus? I can’t find a site that pertains to this version, so I keep clicking on links for HTC One X in hopes that they’ll mention “X Plus”.
