How to Text Message Pictures on Android

Do you have some pictures on your Droid that you want to share with friends and family? Who doesn’t?! That’s one of the best parts about having a built-in camera on your Android devices! Being able to snap photos from your smartphone with a click of a button is a great feature. And what’s even better is being able to easily share those photos. In this lesson, I show you a quick and easy way to share your photos via text message and/or email. Just click the “Read More” button below to watch the video tutorial and for some step-by-step instructions.

I'm a huge Android fan and also the founder of the DroidLessons website. I started obsessing about the Android platform as soon as I got my HTC EVO phone in mid-2010. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with learning all that I can about the Android OS and sharing that knowledge with my friends and family.

Seems I have to be connected to my data package (4G) to send a photo text message. Why is that? A regular text message goes through without the data package being turned on.

Any idea why pics I send and receive end up being 5 second videos?
